Start your day with a leisurely stroll to Starbucks (0.5 mi) for your favorite beverage or if you like to start or with some cardio, then head over to Crunch Fitness (0.7 mi) for a workout. Your choice of Gulf Beaches:Siesta Key (5.8 mi) or Lido Beach (8.2 mi). Visit Downtown Sarasota (4.6 mi) for plenty of shopping and dining choices. No need to even drive to happy hour, The Parrot Patio Bar & Grill is only 0.3 miles from this Snowbird's nest. If you enjoy golfing, you will not have to go far as there are three golf courses within 3 miles! Utilities and WiFi are included. Association application and approval are required (application fee is $100). NO PETS per Association rules and No Smoking in the unit. 2 month minimum stay required. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations.
