“High Prairie Oaks” is a oak clad former citrus grove located in East Charlotte County on a paved road. A highly attractive property and one that I would say is one of the prettiest parcels I have listed in my 43 years of selling east Charlotte acreage. This parcel is part of a former 3,640 acre citrus grove developed decades ago by the Freeman Bros. of Miami.
